Yes — and any DICOM-capable machine. We confirm compatibility during the on-site setup before charging the integration fee.
What's the RM 199 integration fee for?
We come to your clinic, integrate First Hello with your ultrasound machine, train your staff on the inbox, and don't leave until your first scan flows through. One-off, per machine.
What if the ultrasound machine can't connect to the clinic WiFi?
If we're unable to connect the ultrasound machine to your clinic's WiFi during installation, we can provide alternative connectivity solutions such as a WiFi dongle or a direct LAN cable connection. We'll explain the available options on-site before proceeding — no surprise charges.
Is patient data secure?
All scans stay in your clinic until your staff chooses to process them. Patient portraits are served only via per-patient PIN-protected links. PDPA-compliant data handling, signed agreement on request.
What if my clinic internet is slow?
First Hello tolerates a 2 Mbps clinic uplink. Scans queue locally if your internet drops; everything auto-resumes when it’s back.
How do parents access their portraits?
A WhatsApp message with a private link. No app install. Mobile-first gallery, PIN-protected.
Can I try it before committing?
